[24:20] How to find new ideas that are relevant to solving the problems. 

[26:00] Creativity comes from intrinsic motivation. The progress in the task is key to allowing people to bringing their creativity out.

[26:50] Would you go back to finding the alternative ways through the maze?

[27:50] How many people enjoy cleaning for the sake of cleaning?

[29:40] What can you learn from “OK GO” and how do you apply that in life? Finding good ideas vs having good ideas.

[31:30] Learning from the ‘food deserts’ in the US. Asking the question, “What would you like?” and going beyond the first answer by asking, “What else do you need?”

[34:30] Innovation in Nairobi’s ‘mom and pop’ business.
