Dr Stephen Crawford is the owner and CEO of Experience Leadership Coaching and Training and has spent the past 20 years assisting businesses and non-profit organizations through coaching executives and managers, providing leadership training and staff development, and increasing profitability.

Philip started life as an engineer with RR. Since 2005, he’s worked as a strategy consultant and coach, accredited with the ICF as a ‘Professional Certified Coach’ (PCC). His passion is to inspire people to find their purpose, step up, scale up and change. Away from work Phil runs, swims and cycles and, in 2020 he completed his 10th marathon for which he achieved a Guinness World Record. He is the host of the Sparks by Ignium Podcast and is co-founder of Ignium.
